'Titanic'
Our hearts will forever go on. Rose (Kate Winslet) and Jack (Leonardo DiCaprio) share a tender and private kiss on the bow of the ship in Titanic, released in 1997.
'Spider-Man'
No superhero smooch has ever come close to matching the upside-down kiss shared between Mary Jane and the masked web-slinger in 2002's Spider-Man. In the scene, Mary (Kirsten Dunst) manages to thank Spidey (Toby Maguire) for saving her life, while he still keeps his identity a secret.
'Never Been Kissed'
When a Chicago reporter (Drew Barrymore) goes undercover at a high school to research contemporary teen life in 1999, she begins to fall for the strikingly handsome English teacher (Sam Coulson). The problem is, Barrymore's character has never been properly kissed. Of course, the lip-smacking moment finally happens on a baseball field in front of the entire school.
'The Princess Diaries'
Every princess deserves the perfect prince. In the case of the 2001 Anne Hathaway film, the moment when her character gets the ideal kiss is defined by the way it makes her foot "kind of...pop" into the air.
'Fifty Shades of Grey'
The lustful sensation that began as a best selling book was quickly adapted into a film in 2015. The story of Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) and her erotically rapid love affair with billionaire businessman, Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan), captivated the globe the minute he pushed her up against a wall, and they shared a passionate first kiss.
'Gone With the Wind'
The epic Civil War drama, released in 1939, focuses on the life of southern belle Scarlette O'Hara (Vivien Leigh). In the film, she weds Rhett Butler (Clark Gable), who quips lines such as, "You should be kissed often, and by someone who knows how." Who wouldn't melt into those arms?
'The Princess Bride'
The classic 1987 fairy tale comedy closes with a kiss shared between The Man in Black (Cary Elwes) and The Princess Bride herself (Robin Wright). The moment plays with a voiceover proclaiming, "Since the invention of the kiss, there have been five kisses that have been rated the most passionate, the most pure -- this one left them all behind."
'Pretty Woman'
Not only did this 1990 modern Cinderella story put Julia Roberts on the map, but it also provided viewers with a kiss to remember–shared between a sex worker (Roberts) and a wealthy businessman (Richard Gere).
'When Harry Met Sally'

'Brokeback Mountain'
When a kiss follows a line of dialogue like "I wish I knew how to quit you", people are going to remember it. Especially in the case of the 2005 Academy Award-winning film Brokeback Mountain, which follows the secret love affair shared by a pair of gay cowboys.
'Casablanca'
The kiss in 1942's Casablanca is hands-down one of the most famous in movie history. Hollywood stars Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman play a pair of former lovers who once again cross paths. As old flames reignite, she tempts him with a simple request, "kiss me."

'Twilight'
Girl meets boy. Girl falls in love with boy. Boy turns out to be a vampire. Okay, so it's not the typical love story. But Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward's (Robert Pattinson) tale was so epic that it spanned across five films. Beginning with the kiss that started it all in 2008's Twilight.
'Moonlight'
In the 2017 Academy Award-winning movie, a gay black teen in 1980s Miami gets his first kiss in a scene that captures raw, nerve-wracking uncertainty and emotion.
