Leonardo DiCaprio is saying 'Bye, bye!' to one of his Malibu homes.

The Oscar winner, 46, is selling a private, ocean-facing property in the exclusive Carbon Beach community for $10million, according to The Dirt.

The home has proved to be one smart investment, as the star originally picked the three bedroom, two bathroom abode up for $1.6million in 1998.

Leo's two-story property also boasts a huge deck overlooking the water as well as completely refurbished interiors.

Guests can head to the beach via a private staircase.

It features a deluxe kitchen designed with grey cabinets and matching slate walls and backsplash.

The bedrooms offer plenty of light, courtesy of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows.

Meanwhile, the sitting room and dining area blend together, saturated in natural light via full windows.

A private driveway is the perfect amenity for a high-profile resident like DiCaprio.

The listing is being held by Katie Bentzen of Coldwell Banker.  

This isn't the first time DiCaprio has listed the property, as W Magazine profiled the home in a 2016 piece.

And it's just one part of his extensive real estate holdings.

Leo - who is said to be worth $260million - just shelled out $13.8million for another spot in Malibu, according to The Dirt. 

According to records, the off-market sale closed last month.

Tax records show the spot - which is nestled in the little-known, five home, gated community Blue Whale Estates - was built in 2005, has four bedrooms and five bathrooms , and spans over about 3200 square feet.

The star also snagged a vacant lot in Malibu's pristine Paradise Cove for a whopping $23million in 2017, but has reportedly done little development on the land. 

He also has two multimillion-dollar homes in Los Feliz, a midcentury modern mansion in Palm Springs, several luxury condos in New York City and a private island off the coast of Belize. 

His main residence in said to be a three-house, four-parcel compound in LA’s Bird Streets neighborhood, hovering above the Sunset Strip.
